1. A doctor at St. Anthony's lost his internet for the whole office. We where able to come in and take over for them. We called At&t and got their DSL modem working again and then we guessed correctly and got their linksys router password to login and setup bridge mode with their modem. Instantly, their internet was working again. It only took one hour to figure it all out. (write all of your passwords down!) Experience helps a lot since we have done this many times.
2. A small office had a 6-8 year old computer which only had 256mb of RAM and had many important programs loaded on it that where key to the company's operating functions. This computer needed to be upgraded very badly. We copied all of the important data and moved it to an external drive, then we installed the new PC. Now we moved all the data back to the new machine. We got all of their network printers working and then acted as their technical support staff to get all of their specialized HIPAA software for medical billing, etc working again.
3. A dentist office wanted to put in some new interoral cameras and have all of their data backed up and useable with their Eaglesoft application. We set up a solution to this which saved them thousands of dollars compared to what the Dental Industry wanted to charge them to do the same thing.
4. VIRUS and SPYWARE-- we fix it everyday ! Bring it in today, and we can have you up and running tommorrow.
5. Laptop with completely broken off power plug. We took this laptop apart and "Rebuilt" the plug to fit back in the plastic housing so it would work again and charge normally.
6. Custom Built a computer for a professor at Washington University.
